Louisville, Ky. (December 7, 2018) – ISCO Industries, Inc. (ISCO) is announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, ISCO Canada, Inc., has agreed to purchase substantially all of the assets of A.H. McElroy Sales and Service (Canada) Ltd. The agreement is subject to customary closing conditions and the parties expect to close the transaction on December 10, 2018. Founded in 1979, A.H. McElroy has served as the leading polyethylene pipe fusion experts in Canada, maintaining the largest inventory of parts, equipment and rental fleet throughout the country. ISCO Canada will operate under the new trade name, ISCO-A.H. McElroy.

Dozens of people lined the street. Up and down Euclid Avenue, less than a mile from Miami’s famous South Beach, crowds were forming. With camera phones at the ready, they watched a 54-inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe readied and pulled underground. ISCO Industries’ sales rep Bryan Fletcher had been working for months with the contractor on the job to provide HDPE, equipment, and field technicians to make this incredible job a reality. Most onlookers had no idea what exactly they were watching, but each one of them could tell it was something remarkable. And it was. In fact, it was record-breaking.

(PPI) honored ISCO Industries’ League City 39-inch Waterline Replacement project with the 2015 PPI Project of the Year Award in the Municipal & Industrial Division. This is the third consecutive year ISCO has received this award.

Washington, DC (June 4, 2014)  – U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker today presented ISCO Industries with the President’s “E” Award for Exports at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. The “E” Awards are the highest recognition any U.S. entity may receive for making a significant contribution to the expansion of U.S. exports.
